Homosassa Fishing Report 2/21/12

Rocky points and submerged rock piles are the best spots for big trout. D.O.A. 5.5 inch jerk baits in glow color and MirrOlure Provokers in pumpkin seed/ chartreuse tail color have been the best baits,” reports Capt. William Toney of Homosassa Inshore Fishing Charters (352-621-9284). homosassainshorefishing.com… Read More » read more

Homosassa Fishing Report 2/13/12
“This week looks like we're going to go from winter back to summer in a matter of three days. The extra mild conditions have made the fishing on the Nature Coast very good. For speckled trout, fish the incoming high tide on the outside points of the keys. The rockier the bottom, the better. the big trout will be. The fish will be right up on the rocks as soon as there is enough water for them to swim there,” reports Capt. William Toney of Homosassa Inshore Fishing Charters (352-621-9284). homosassainshorefishing.com… Read More » read more
